What we collect

When you send a tour enquiry through this website, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Whatever you choose to write in the message field

The form does not ask for health or medical information, and we ask that you do not include any. If you need to discuss care needs, please call us instead.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call or email you back, arrange a tour, and answer your questions. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing.

We do not share or sell it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only people who see it are those at Kelechi Care Home LLC who need it to answer you.

Enquiries are sent to us by a website form service, which handles the message in transit on our behalf. The form service we use is Formspree.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you send us for 12 months, and then delete them.

Asking us to delete your information

You can ask us at any time to delete the details you sent through the form, and you do not need to give a reason. Call or email us and we will remove them.

We will delete your details within 30 days of your request.

Residents' care records

This policy covers the website enquiry form only. Records held about residents in our care are governed separately by our licensing and admission agreements.
